KAULANA KA HALE KULA O NA PUA O KA 'AINA HULA HALAU
Kaulana Ka Hale Kula ‘O Na Pua ‘O Ka ‘Aina offers different groups of Hula classes ranging from beginner to advanced, ages 5 through 105. In addition to learning hula steps, haumana (students) are also taught about Hawaiian history, language, and culture. Due to COVID-19 and bad air quality, our halau will offer limited in-person and offer online/video instruction when we cannot have in-person classes. In-person classes will take place if and as we are allowed by county orders. For those haumana (students) who are not ready to return in person, your tuition will cover online/video practice material.

This class is designed for beginners of all ages who have little to no hula experience. You'll begin by learning hula basics, movements, and language. After mastering the basics, you will learn a full song, as well as the Mele Kahea (chant used to ask for permission to enter class).
